1. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do provide free worldwide shipping.
2. Where do you ship from?
We ship from our partnered warehouses based in the United States and Shanghai. If you order more than 1 item, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive in different packages and at different times.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time for orders takes about 1-7 business days before shipment. After that, delivery to you take 1 week - 1 month depending on what you purchased and where you live! However, it is usually much shorter than this. If unsure do feel free to drop us an email under 'Contact Us'.
4. My order has not arrived yet, even after 1 months.
While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or you may just live in a more isolated region from where we sent our items. If it does not arrive within 1 months upon ordering, please email us, and we will explore the nature of this delay. With COVID-19, most international deliveries will experience delays of varying timeframes, depending on the recipient country.
5. Will my item arrive to me before ...?
If you plan to purchase the items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month which the holiday is happening as there is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
6. Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships, containing your tracking information. If you haven't received an email within 5 days of your purchase, please contact us.
7. My tracking says "no information available at the moment".
For some shipping companies it takes up to 5 business days for tracking information to register on the system. If it has been more than 5 business days since your purchase, and you have yet to receive an email, please contact us.
